Adult Move & Breathe with Sinéad

A calm, supportive workshop designed to help balance and regulate. We’ll explore simple, functional breathing practices and gentle mobility movements to support regulation, comfort, and ease in everyday life. The session is paced, choice-based, (standing, sitting or both) and sensory-aware, with clear guidance and plenty of options to adapt movements to your needs. No prior experience required.

Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a cushion or blanket for relaxation.
