Inclusive Inspo (12-17Years) Low-Medium Support Saturdays 11AM-1PM

This Art Therapy Programme  will take place in a safe space for creative exploration & a chance to socialise with other young people. Facilitated by Red Door Studio. It is important to note that  art therapy is not an art class but a form of psychotherapy. The emphasis is on the process of art making as a way of understanding our thoughts, emotions and responses better and in this group. Art Therapy helps manage wellbeing at school, bolsters self confidence, develops communication skills, helps manage exam stress, supports emotional regulation in a fun creative setting.  If you are joining Inclusive Inspo for the first time please note that you will have a meeting with a member of the team from Red Door prior to the commencement of the the programme. **Please contact GAP Office or email gm@galwayautismpartnership.com to arrange your meeting time.
