Inclusive Inspo [12-17years old] (Low-Medium Support)

Running Saturdays 10:30AM-12:30PM for 6 weeks 12th, 19th, 26th July & 2nd, 9th, 16th August 2025. Suitable for low to medium support participants.

This Art Therapy Group Programme takes place in a safe setting and is a chance to socialise with other young people and explore personal development in a creative way. The group is facilitated by an art therapist from Red Door Studio. It is important to note that art therapy is not an art class but a form of psychotherapy. The emphasis is on the process of art making as a way of understanding our thoughts, emotions and responses better. Art Therapy can help manage wellbeing at school, increase self confidence, help manage stress, support emotional regulation and improve communication skills.
