4 x Activities 30 minutes each

1. Circus Skills

-Young people will explore movement and play using circus equipment and learning new skills. Improving hand eye coordination, sensory, balance and physical skills.

2. Nature Art

– Young people will explore their natural surroundings, creating a nature mandala together.

3. Gentle Movement & Breath

- Young people will learn relaxing breathing techniques, combined with a number of poses to suit the needs of the group and individuals. Developing skills in body and & breath to calm the mind.

4. Mindfulness in Nature

- Using the Natural surroundings the group will explore different ways to use their senses. Helping to calm the mind and lower anxiety.
