Start your week off positively at GAP House. Engage in a session of slow flow movement and breathing followed meditation. Setting time aside for ourselves can help bring clarity to the mind, relax your body and nourish your soul. Mondays 10-11AM 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd of October.
